About the Role
To provide safe, effective, and high-quality clinical care to patients accessing private primary care at Aceso Health. This includes direct patient consultations (face-to-face and telephone), prescribing, clinical decision-making, and support for other team members when required.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
• Deliver high-quality consultations across a range of acute and chronic presentations
• Conduct face-to-face assessments and remote (telephone) consultations
• Provide timely and appropriate private prescriptions
• Request and interpret investigations in line with scope of practice
• Produce clear, concise, and accurate clinical documentation
• Maintain a patient-centred approach with a strong focus on quality and safety
Clinical Support & Supervision
• Offer advice, support, and guidance to nurses, HCAs, and other clinicians
• Provide prescriptions or clinical oversight for lower-grade practitioners when needed
• Ensure appropriate escalation of cases that require senior review
Specialist Services
Depending on experience and training, clinicians may provide specialist clinics such as:
• Minor surgery
• Joint injections
• Women’s or men’s health services
• Sexual health testing and treatment
• ENT assessments
• Autism/ADHD support roles
• Ultrasound assessments
• Allergy testing
• Others identified by the clinician or the service
Governance & Compliance
• Adhere to CQC standards and Aceso Health clinical governance policies
• Maintain valid professional registration (GMC/NMC/HCPC as appropriate)
• Participate in audits, CPD, and clinical updates
• Practice in accordance with all relevant legislation and clinical guidelines
Essential Requirements
GMC-registered GP or NMC/HCPC-registered ACP
Independent prescriber
Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
Strong clinical decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high-quality private healthcare
Desirable Experience
Any specialist clinical skills or accredited training
Experience in private practice
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
